Position Summary:Position Summary:This is an exciting opportunity for Pharmacy Techniciansto excel in a complex, team-oriented environment while having the opportunityto develop and strengthen technical skills and pharmacology knowledge. TheNon-Clinical Divert technician is responsible for screening orders, andspecializes in research and review of prescription overrides. Our techniciansare empowered to take ownership of the investigation process, and partnerclosely with neighboring departments to help support the efficiency andtimeliness of the pharmacy workflow. We require our pharmacy technicians tothink outside the box and get creative! To help support growth anddevelopment, technicians may be asked to perform other pharmacy functions asrequired. Previous retail and/or PBM experience is required. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work well with others. Ability to positively deal with changes and promote a positive work environment. Basic knowledge and understanding of a pharmacy workflow. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think globally.Comfortable working in a fast paced, team oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications:National Certification (CPhT) is preferred, but not required.
