The Company offers Suddenlink-branded digital cable television, high-speed Internet and voice services to residential and business customers across the western, midwestern and southern states. Additionally, for its business customers, Suddenlink provides targeted television and online advertising services.
As a New Construction Account Executive, you will be charged with executing on a comprehensive new construction plan. You will be responsible for delivering on activities that will provide us with a strategic foothold on new build areas. You will work with new home builders delivering on their needs in order to develop valuable partnerships in the future. You will work with local operations and construction groups to ensure we are strategically positioned to provide services to new areas. You will work with local sales groups to ensure we effective penetrate new home owner opportunities.Work independently with little supervision in order to execute on a comprehensive new build/construction strategy. Willneedtoprovide management regular deliverables on daily/weekly basis and develop relationships with builders/developers to ensure a strategic partnership. You will make cold call visits to prospective partner builders/developers and make regular maintenance visits to gather information on progress of new build development. Must be able to understand the new build process and work with internal construction groups to develop a new build plan for new areas. You will work with local operations to address any technical issues raised by builders and marketing to ensure needed collateral materials are available for model homes/design centers. You will work with local operations to ensure we provide required services to model homes/design centers in order to foster a beneficial relationship and work with local field marketers to ensureparticipation and support at builder events.Will need togain a strategic position in order to generate leads on new home move-ins and work with local direct sales groups/supervisors to ensure astrategic presence is achieved to effectively penetrate new build areas.
* Generally requires 5-7 years related experience
* Ability to travel up to 75%
* Good communication skills are a must
* Proficiency in Excel and Office Suite programs is required
