Position Summary:Position Summary:Exciting opportunity for you to join a team of pharmacy experts as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you as a Texas registered pharmacy technician will take in-coming calls from members and providers, providing professional phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. As an ideal candidate, you must maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation of all approvals and denials, and transfers all clinical questions and judgment calls to the pharmacist.
