Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Analyst $100-125K +Bonus Denver, CO Prestigious Organization is seeking a IT Business System Analyst with strong Oracle Fusion and Oracle HCM experience. The functional business analyst is a subject matter expert in the Human Capital Management and Payroll systems and processes. This person is the liaison between HR and IT. He/She is responsible for collaborating with HR leadership to understand the HR strategic roadmap and translate that strategy into requirements that facilitate the IT HCM application strategy and services provided to HR. This will consist of the design, configuration, implementation and day to day support of company's HCM and Recruiting applications. This person works in a collaborative way with HR and IT resources to research, troubleshoot, resolve and implement the tools to our Workforce Management needs. He/she must have very strong communication and analytical skills and an ability to work as part of an agile team. What you Will be Responsible For: Perform as the HCM Subject Matter Expert for IT Work autonomously with IT and HR to understand issues and come up with solutions to complex business challenges Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions for them Research and resolve questions, issues, and service opportunities. Provide recommendations, alternatives, and guidance to the business. Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet requirements and document application set-ups Write business requirement and functional design documents for configuration, reports, interfaces, data conversions and application extensions Define testing scenarios and develop test scripts Support clients with the execution of test scripts Develop end-user documentation and training materials Deliver end-user training Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner Interact with the team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology Driving best practice process reengineering for the HCM space Managing medium to large projects and enhancements Post go live support and delivery QUALIFICATIONS Requirements: To perform the job successfully, competitive applicants should demonstrate the following competencies: Continuous Learner - Continually develops and improves their skill and knowledge to perform effectively and adapt to change in the workplace. Job qualifications and requirements include: BS/MS degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Information Management, Statistics, or related subject Minimum of 8 years' experience in a Functional Lead role Extensive Oracle Cloud experience in implementing HR/Benefits and Payroll/Time & Labor Upgrade and implementation experience Prior experience leading and supporting HCM implementations/upgrades Extensive experience working with Taleo Ability to work independently in a highly complex and challenging environment Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing and Deployment Extensive experience in implementing Goal Management, Workforce Compensation, Recruiting is a plus Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud technical solutions (eg HCM Extract, HCM Data Loader, BI Publisher, Oracle Identity Manager, etc.) and ability to translate between functional requirements and technical designs is highly desired. Experience with SuccessFactors for learning management a plus Experience working with ADP Payroll is a plus Able to build a sense of trust and rapport that creates a comfortable & effective workplace Brings a high-energy and passionate outlook to the role and has strong sense of ownership Experience managing medium to large projects Demonstrated ability to communicate with and work well with all levels within an organization specifically working effectively within the culture and processes used in Oil and Gas organizations Very strong analytical and problem solving skills, with a strong work ethic
