1. The Service
Jobmatic.com DBA Jobmatic ("the Site") is a job search engine and aggregation service provided by Jobmatic.com. The Site is not an agent or representative of any employer. The Site indexes and displays job listings from various third-party affiliate sites ("Affiliates"). The Site does not post jobs directly nor is the Site involved in the hiring process.
2. Age restriction
In order to use the Site, you represent, warrant and agree that you (a) are at least 13 years of age or older, and if under the age of 18 or the age of majority that is defined in your jurisdiction, you will use the Site only under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or other responsible adult; and (b) will not use (or plan, encourage or help others to use) the Site for any purpose or in any manner that is prohibited by these Terms of Use or by applicable law. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Site complies with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws at all times.
3. Redirects to Third-Party Sites
When you click on a job listing, you will be immediately and directly redirected to the Affiliate's website. The Site earns commissions from clicks on external job links. Your use of any Affiliate site is governed by that site's own terms of service and privacy policy. The Site has no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
4. No Data Collection
The Site does not collect any personal information from users. There are no user accounts, registration forms, or login pages. The Site do not store resumes, application materials, or any user data.
5. Intellectual Property
The name "Jobmatic," the Site's design, and its aggregation functionality are the property of Jobmatic.com DBA Jobmatic. JOBMATIC℠ is a common law trademark based on continuous use in commerce since 2008. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. The Site cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any job listing. You use the Site and follow links to Affiliate sites at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Site, or your interactions with any Affiliate.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access, copy, or monitor the Site without permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
